What to put in the brief
The more of this you can answer, the closer the first reply gets to a real number. None of it is required — a couple of sentences is enough to start.
- What it is: a website, a webshop, a web app, or a problem you have not named yet.
- Who it is for: your customers, your team, or both.
- When you need it, and what is driving that date.
- What exists today: a current site, a spreadsheet, a system we would have to connect to.
- Roughly what you have budgeted, if you know.
Send the brief
We answer within one working day. If it is faster to talk, WhatsApp us and we will pick it up there.
What happens next
No sales sequence and no discovery retainer. The first reply is a person reading your brief and telling you whether we are the right studio for it.
If we are not, we will say so in the first reply rather than three meetings later.
- Within one working day: a reply with questions, or a proposed call.
- One call, around thirty minutes, to pin down what ships and what it does not.
- After that call: a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery date.
- You decide. Nothing is built and nothing is invoiced before you say yes.

Not every project fits in a form. If you are not sure yet what you need, or you just want to know whether this is something we do at all, message us. That conversation costs you nothing and costs us nothing.
We work from Flevoland for clients across the Netherlands. Most of it happens remotely, but on larger projects we will come to you when it helps.
